I’m still working on questventure.

It is more work than I had originally thought it would be.

It occurs to me that miscellaneous comics is better than no comics.

No, really, by “working on it” I mean I literally have the file for page 2 open and half-finished right now and did this comic because I realised that otherwise I wouldn’t be able to post anything today.

I… now fully understand why full page comics usually update once a week.

Anyways.

Here is a comic about a thing that is actually happening in my building right now with no hyperbole at all. My not dying in a fire relies on my hearing someone yelling through my thick front door.

Probably not timely, because I am all kinds of not used to the upfront work needed for story arc comics, but good. Bacon Wizard Week, by popular demand.

For pretty much any gray cat, this is what I assume has happened. My own cat especially, because she has done this and come out grayer several times.

I’ll be at TCAF this weekend! I don’t have a table (what would I even do with a table?), but I’ll be around. There’s a lot of really cool stuff there this year!

Lots of things to do this week! A lot of site-related stuff that I’ve been putting off is going to get done. Should be good. :D

I’ve always wondered- why does poor manners equate to being born in a barn? …and why would that be bad? A lot of people out there strive to be more like a guy who was born in a barn.

I’m sure you’ve all noticed that I’ve been….. lacking in my update consistency lately. I’m sure you’ve all also been made aware that I’m in the middle of a job hunt. What you are likely not aware of is that this week I’m also doing a rather demanding bit of contract work… and, well-

I hate not updating my comic.

I hate it more than you hate me not updating my comic. I guarantee it. But- as much as I wish I were, I’m not a machine. I need those pesky human things like sleep and food. I did myself up a schedule for this week, and came down to the fun task of choosing between putting my job search on hold, severely lowering the quality of the comic, putting the comic aside for a week, or getting less than 4 hours of sleep every night. I don’t generally do hiatuses- but path is pretty clear. You guys are awesome- I had expected at least a little hate for the neglect that I’ve shown lately, especially because I haven’t posted any kind of update to keep you guys in the loop until now. Seriously and honestly, it’s just because I’m being pulled in too many directions right now. So I’ll deal with all that other stuff and meet you on the other side of the weekend.

If you haven’t played FFTA, I’d seriously recommend it- it’s one of the games I’d be comfortable describing as my “favourite”.

(I think it’s going to be another two-update week- I just don’t have that much time for comics because of my job search, and I don’t want to lower my quality to push out more updates >_<)
