Oh my god, everything happened this weekend.
Accidentally took the site offline, St. Patty’s, super epic DnD encounter, Adam decided to get an iPad, Legend of Korra leaked- I’m so overstimulated right now I don’t even know what to do.
There are no other girls in my DnD group… and for once I’m actually playing a female character (slightly ditzy, even though she’s a wizard) so it’s extra cool. One of the guys in the group likes to never call my character by name (if it were a fantasy book they’d totally be the couple at the end – human male war veteran ship’s captain, seeming alcoholic, always calls the girl by some random dessert name (except when she was eaten by a giant flying worm, then he cried her name in horror), and elf chick who left home to save the world because the boy next door she wanted to marry became a soldier and she doesn’t want him to diiiie but honestly he doesn’t even have a name, or if he does she’s forgotten it)).
CLICHEEEEEEEES EVERY FREAKIN WHERE.
Naw man. Woman. Whatever. At least y’all are playing DnD. I have zero time for that.
Now I shall make like a tree, and GET OUT OF HERE. (could also work as alternate bad joke in the strip, now I think about it lol.) UNTIL NEXT TIME!!!!!
You thought you were rid of me, didn’t you? Mwehehehehe.
Never. I knew that you’d be back for the increased comment stacking!
My group has a pair of half orc twin brothers. One has evolved into half-orc batman, the other half-orc wolverine. As the DM, there are definitely worse things than bad puns the players could throw at you.
I created a Gnoll Joker that occasionally shows up to screw with the party.
From my super-limited experience so far whether or not you play with other girls matters much much less than whether or not you play with people who you enjoy being around in large chunks of time. I think as long as you’ve got that, gender is more or less irrelevant. :D
Just went through some of the earlier Internet webcomics. You have not changed a bit, but everything else has (art style). What’s up with that?
I haven’t changed much- that’s really all there is to it.
It’s getting harder to find slightly blue-tinted glasses though- I sometimes wonder if wearing them for 10+ years has affected my colour vision at all.
It was the greatest moment ever. Brofist for evah.
