For best salsa, add HabaƱero pepper.
You face on fire, but you tongue go to heaven. In more way than one!
For other best salsa, add tomatillo and dash of sour cream.
It was a cooking class!
DOESN’T MATTER VACATION!
But it rained the whole time!
DOESN’T MATTER VACATION!
And they thought I was a racist!
DOESN’T MATTER VACATION!
I’m banned from ever going back!
STILL COUNTS!
It was a class!
It was a cooking class!
The cooking class!
It was a kitchen smash!
They took a class!
It caught on fire in a flash!

Wa-hoo The fryers were having fun. Diddy-shoop, wa-hoo The cooking had just begun! Diddy-shoop, wa-hoo The guests included a gourmet, a critic and their son.
I’m not that old, but my folks are into older music (to be honest, I kinda like that song, despite its age…)
the best salsa is Pesto alla genovese.
I’m italian, trust me.
you just need fresh basil leaves, a glove of garlic (remember to remove it’s core, or it will be pretty hard to digest), fresh pynion nuts, parmesan and extra virgin olive oil.
I personally prepare it using a mortar, but even made with a mixer is good.
One of the best ways to enjoy pesto is as a topping on pasta with boiled sliced potatoes and string beans.

….. Well, Cuba isn’t in Mexico, so, that might explain the lack of Mexican food. ^^ Cuban food is it’s own cuisine!
